Jeffrey S. Banaszak graduated with a B.S. in Physical
Therapy from Daemen College in Amherst, NY in May of 1996. Since graduation
Jeff has pursued his interest in working with golfers through such educational
programs such as BACKtoGOLF®, FITforeGOLF®, and Golf for Rehabilitation
and Lifelong Recreation through the National Project for Accessible Golf at
Clemson University. As a BACKtoGOLF® network member in Ocala, FL, he built
successful golf performance programs in three sports medicine clinics. With
over five years experience working in the field, Jeff has been named to the
national advisory board for the BACKtoGOLF® Sport Medicine Network,
certified as a golf fitness trainer through the PGFA and added as a staff
instructor and advisory board member to the USGFA.
As president and founder of Back9Fitness, Jeff created
a unique company who specializes in tournament services for elite professional,
amateur and celebrity golf events. These services have been utilized on the
BUY.COM Tour including the BMW Celebrity Pro-Am, NGA Hooters Tour, at the 2001
SBC Futures Tour Championship as well as during the 2000 Senior PGA Qualifying
School at Eagle Pines Golf Course. Jeff's services were instrumental in
assisting 2001 BellSouth Senior Classic Champion, Sammy Rachels, earning
full-exempt status on the Senior PGA Tour. With continued growth and
development of Back9Fitness including The Mobile Golf Performance
Center and The Golf-Specific Product Catalog, Jeff will continue to
network nationwide with the leaders in the field of golf performance and
rehabilitation. |
